What happens after I check out?
After you have successfully checked out one of our packages, you will receive an immediate confirmation email from us and you will be shortly contacted by email to organize your coaching call at a mutually convenient meeting time. If by any chance you won't receive any e-mail after your purchase, feel free to contact us through the form below. Coaching calls are usually managed through Skype, but we are happy to accommodate the use of different channels if needed.
We commit to giving you at least two interview time slots within 14 days from your payment date, otherwise, we will provide you a full 100% refund. If you have any special requests feel free to let us know through the message box at the bottom of this page.
What exactly happens in the meeting?
The duration of each session depends on the package purchased and spans from 30 to 60 minutes. If you purchased a package of 3 hours coaching you may also request to have two sessions back to back. The rundown of the meeting is fully determined by your needs (e.g. mock interview, career advice, job-hunting strategy) and you will have the chance to specify what you would like to focus at the beginning of the call, otherwise, your coach will lead the conversation.
The meeting is conducted via Skype and you can choose to have the camera function either on or off.
If you select the Resume Review package, you will be required to send a copy of your resume. You will then receive a version revised within 7 days from your submission. The revised version will highlight the recommended corrections and improvements from our mentor. You will then have 2 weeks to send back an updated version of your resume that will be screened once again by your coach with his final recommendation.
Which package is the most suitable for me if I need to prepare an interview?
If you want to test the quality of our services first before ordering a more comprehensive package, we recommend that you book the 1-hour session.
