• Lead pharmacy transformations (inpatient, outpatient, specialty, home infusion) for US health systems, managing about 25 FTEs across client projects and internal programmes.
• Drove an 8% increase in fill and dispense volume within two weeks of go-live at several organisations, with a similar increase in revenue, and a 15% increase in drug discount programme capture at a major health system.
• Created an enterprise pharmacy strategy programme that replaces third-party systems with the company’s own platform; pilot customers expect up to 40% lower contract, maintenance and licensing costs.
• Built a global onboarding programme for international offices: 45 staff completed or in progress, with no turnover to date.

• Led the first Australian implementation of pharmacy revenue, logistics and procurement software for a state health network, bringing 4 separate health services and 28 hospitals onto a single system.
